With FDA and EMA reviews and decisions pending for many of our clients we are working on global launch strategies to support commercial and corporate teams as they gear up for product approval across multiple countries. This growth has also led to a critical focus on company intranets that must support the new commercial activities but also connect employees in R&D and clinical and build integrity in the corporate brand and culture while systemic changes take place. It's definitely interesting to work on external and internal projects at the same time and be engaged in the legal and regulatory discussions that impact the what, how and when of communications as our clients move from the clinic to the market. Some of the issues we have been addressing include:

  • Facebook & Twitter - US vs. EU regulatory compliance
  • Your Intranet - who owns it? Corp comm? HR? IT? Everyone?
  • What to say when your CEO demands "social media" but doesn't know what it is :)

Add to that our regular slate of website development and some very robust application development and we don't have much time to watch Spring unfurl outside our windows!
