Joe Salerno

Joe brings more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences to HDMZ, including 17 years in peer-reviewed biological research. As a biologist in the fields of x-ray crystallography, microbial genetics, molecular biology, biophysics and immunology, he was immersed in laboratory operations, pioneering new research methodologies and publishing his findings in scientific journals such as Cell, the Journal of Molecular Biology, and the Journal of Bacteriology. He draws on his experience in the life sciences to help connect HDMZ’s clients to their audiences in authentic and compelling ways.
Joe received his B.S. in biology from Northeastern Illinois University and his M.S. in plant biology from Northwestern University.
