Rebecca Angelos

Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in operational excellence and technology development. She has been a driving force behind HDMZ’s growth — most notably helping double its size from 2014 to 2021. As enterprise website solutions architect, she built a strong technology team that delivers powerful, customized digital solutions for biopharma, biotech, and life sciences clients while also leading HDMZ’s cultural development, including its Great Place to Work certification.

As COO, Rebecca balances sharp operational execution with a focus on building lasting client partnerships that boost marketing productivity and competitiveness.

A seasoned operations and technology leader by training, Rebecca previously led life sciences partnership ventures and corporate marketing operations at large banks. She holds a B.A. from Bethel University.

In her spare time, Rebecca is an enthusiastic Lego builder and her daughter’s biggest fan.
