Last week, one of HDMZ’s developers Tyler Kung attended Smashing Conference in San Francisco. The conference presents a variety of speakers covering a wide-range of web-related topics such as front-end development, design and web performance.

Following the conference, Tyler highlighted his top three takeaways:

  1. How to use atomic design to build better systems
  2. The importance of running page audits for site performance and accessibility
  3. Understanding and differentiating between the different types of “front-end” developers
